To ensure fair and consistent service, please review the following:
• Valid for single-family, owner-occupied homes only (no rentals, no exceptions)
• AutoPay enrollment is required
• Plans are 6 or 12 months
• No refunds if canceled
• Remaining balance may be applied to other services within 30 days of cancellation
• Plan is not transferable if you move

Renewing Your Plan:
At the end of your term —
• Your home is reassessed for updated needs
• A new plan is created based on your lifestyle and usage
• You can continue seamlessly with no interruption in care
Program Limitations:
• No refunds for canceled plans
• Balance must be used within 30 days if canceled
• Plan is tied to your home and cannot transfer if you move

• One spot cleaning visit per month for 11-12 months
• Single-family primary residences only (no rentals)
• Does not cover pet-related spots
• Spot cleaning only (no full rooms without additional cost)
• Additional cleaning billed by square footage
• Extra charges may apply if removal exceeds 30 minutes
• Some stains may be permanent, removal not guaranteed
• Reappearing spots can be retreated after 30 days
• Payment due at time of Fiber Protection application service
